Ultimate responsibility for business strategy and the financial strength of the Group sits with the Board & Strategy Council. Members monitor performance, establish governance structures, and uphold practices that facilitate effective decision-making and sound governance.
To discharge these responsibilities effectively, all members have full and timely access to relevant information and attend regular Board meetings. Directors are shareholders in the business and have committed sufficient time to fulfil their duties with the rigour expected of Big Four advisory standards. The Council operates in alignment with the organisation’s purpose and values, ensuring long-term stewardship and accountability.
